Erin was very responsive to questions and needs and referred us to insurance specialists and others needed to complete the purchase. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout an often-daunting process. We highly recommend her.

We could not be happier about finding Erin to help us sell our property. She walked us through the entire process, gave us options for the approach to renovations and provided top tier contacts to make it all happen. Her market insight, clear communication and organization made everything happen seamlessly. Would love to work with her again in the future!

We had no prior real estate experience in the Santa Barbara area, but friends recommended Erin ? lucky for us. She gave us a crash course in everything we needed to know, adding additional insights and suggestions along the way, and correctly gauging our reactions. Her gentle guidance made us feel as though we knew what we were doing, and because she so deftly shared her knowledge and experience, including about price and value, we did end up knowing exactly what we were doing.
