Dave Janssens handled the sale of my friends home-and for significantly more money than the offers I had already received. His marketing strategy was aEURoeright onaEUR? and did create the bidding we hoped would happen. The sales price we received more than compensated for the sales fees paid.It was a difficult time for me having just lost my friend and trying to process her estate including the sale of her home. I appreciated how accommodating and sensitive he was to the needs of the family and me in working through the sale. I lived out of town and he kept a flexible schedule for me and working though planning the dates for the realtors Open House and the Open House for prospective buyers. He really knows the Kirkland market for homes! He is a good communicator and the family and I gained valuable information from him. He was patient and met several more times with us than you would expect in order to meet the familys and my needs. He always got right back to me and answered my questions openly and honestly. His marketing the home as both a building site and/or home worked well. We received multiple offers and he analyzed each offer for me. It was a complex process with contingency offers, inspections, etc. The offer I chose was the one he suggested and clearly was the best price and the most qualified buyer. I have purchased and closed on eight homes in my lifetime. By far, this sale was the easiest, fastest, and most glitch-free one I have ever experienced. I do attribute that to Dave and the team of professionals he put together including CW Escrow. I appreciated how he took care of some little aEURoeissuesaEUR? I had that were not really part of his job, but were over and above what I would expect a realtor to do. For example, taking out the garbage for me on garbage day, (saving me 3 hours of driving time) finding the aEURoeunusualaEUR? item in the closet during the open house and storing it safely for us.He is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to work a sale.
