If you need a realtor, call Krista Gross. We were referred to her by friends who had bought a home with her help, and were very happy with help. For the record, this is not the first home I've sold. But it IS the first time I've had a realtor that I felt was 100% in the game and on my side She is fabulous to work with - paperwork is always done right the first time and in a timely fashion, details covered, her communication is top notch - both initiation and response, she is highly professional while being extremely personable, and best of all, she is super effective. She priced our house competitively, but still 20% higher than what we would have ever expected to get, and the final offer? Over the asking price. Staging, photos, writeup - all were top notch. I was particularly impressed at the number of showings and the ratio of offers to showings. We felt as though our home was both actively and realistically marketed - traffic is important, but not if most buyers are expecting something else. She will be our very first call if we ever need to buy or sell on the Palouse, and we'd recommend her with no hesitation. We could not be more pleased with her representation.

When our son moved to Pullman to attend WSU, we decided to find an investment property for him to live in eventually and were super lucky to find Krista. She called me within hours of my online inquiry and she started to guide us in the right direction for what we were looking for and for what we needed. Although this was a repeat home purchase, Krista's knowledge of the area and the entire transaction process was the key to our successful win in a competitive market. Krista was always willing to provide us with a Facetime viewing and was quick to offer the comps, HOA rules and anything else we needed to know. She knows everyone necessary from title to handy man to help make the process easy and painless. If you need an agent in the Pullman WA area, you will not find someone as compassionate, easy to work with and as helpful a guide in finding the right place for us and our situation. Where to begin... Krista is the type of Realtor that everyone dreams to work with. When I met Krista, I was not sure if we were ready to purchase a home yet and told her I was just interested in knowing how the process went. She was incredibly informative and gave me all the information I needed. Even though we were not quite ready to purchase a home, she was patient with me and always checked in to just make sure I was doing okay, never mentioned anything related to buying a home, which made me feel valued as a person, not just as a buyer. As soon as we were ready to buy a home a couple of months later, Krista is the first person I called. She was able to schedule viewings for me the next day. She took my husband and I to lunch to explain how the process went since we were first time home buyers. She was professional, kind, and made us feel like the most important people in the world. We ended up making an offer on a house on the first day we met her. She went out of her way to send us information to make the process easier for us and she checked in with us daily to make sure we weren't too overwhelmed. I am sure if it hadn't been for her, the process of buying a home would have been very stressful. Krista even came with us when we signed our final paperwork and gave us the most thoughtful gift package and even was thoughtful enough to include our cats in the fun. We absolutely love Krista and cannot say enough good things about her. If you are in the market to buy or sell, you absolutely need to call her.
