My wife and I used Ted for remote purchase as live in Virginia. He and his team did an exceptional job of identify our needs and wants, putting us into the right home and negotiating a great deal for us! We are looking for a 2nd home in Cape Coral for vacation rental. We will be using Realmark Realty for all our future real estate needs. Highly recommend. - Ray Porter (Leesburg, VA)

Natalie was always available to help with opening the condo for needed services, but even better she was fantastic with all the ins and outs of the Sandoval particularities-- which without the proactive help from her and her staff would have been stress-inducing for me.

Natalie was extremely professional and knowledgeable, She was very responsive in addressing the all of my questions and concerns. The buying process went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the condo. I would highly recommend working with Natalie!

Natalie is Awesome! Very professional and keeps you informed on everything. She did a wonderful job on staging my house for a quick sale in one week. She is knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I highly recommend her! Give her a call if youre interested in buying or selling your house. You will be very happy you did!

Ted did an outstanding job selling our home. The property had been on the market for more than a year with another Realtor, and after Ted took over, he repositioned the listing and got it under contract in about 45 days. The transaction was not simple, but Ted remained professional, responsive, and focused on solutions throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, stayed involved when challenges came up, and worked hard to keep everything moving toward closing. I would highly recommend Ted to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, persistent, and effective real estate professional. Thank you, Ted, for getting it done.
