Myan had a very good read on the market and provided lots of important information. Im super stoked on my new to me home and i have Myan to thank for it. When it came time to do paperwork Myan and his team were on top of it.

DO NOT work with Myan. Working with him has been an absolute nightmare for me and my family. He will try to bully you through the process and if you question his antics? he will immediately threaten legal action.

We worked with this agent previously but paused our home search when our timing changed. Once we were no longer buying immediately, communication dropped off entirely. In addition, we were looking for guidance on financing and purchase options, and it became clear that we needed a deeper level of knowledge and support on the mortgage and banking side than he was able to provide. When we later decided to move forward with purchasing and requested to be released from the buyer agreement so we could work with someone else, his response was disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than handling it calmly, he became defensive, implied we were being dishonest or trying to do something ?sneaky,? and pressured us to have a phone call after we clearly stated we preferred to keep communication in writing. The tone of his responses felt accusatory and intimidating, especially considering we were simply trying to choose a realtor who was a better fit for our needs. We were ultimately released, but the interaction reinforced that trust, respect, and professionalism were lacking. This agent may work for clients who are ready to move quickly and don?t need much education or flexibility, but buyers navigating complex financial situations or who value respectful communication should proceed with caution.

Myan did an outstanding job for us. I hated having to move all our crap out of the home for the staging but boy was it worth the effort. I took longer to do that then it did to sell. Ive already recommended him to family members and would not hesitate to use him again.
