RealGroup, LLC

Kris and RealGroup were fantastic to work with! For people relocating domestically or internationally (like us), there is no comparison! Kris was always there for us, every step of the way ... so much more than just meeting us at prospective houses! He researched the value of prospective homes against similar in the market, gave us his opinion on any issues we (or he) saw, put us in touch with some great contractors and lenders, and ultimately got us into our 'forever home'. In addition, RealGroup sorted us with a furnished rental house while we looked for our 'forever home' with Kris. The rental terms were soft and we were able to stay in the rental until our sea-freight from overseas arrived, even though Kris was able to get us into our 'forever home' super quick! No 'early termination' fee on the rental; just stay as long as you need until you move into your new home. Highly recommend RealGroup and Kris!

Kris Shuter did an excellent job selling my dads house. He was professional throughout the entire process, and his communication was excellent. He was always responsive and went above and beyond by helping us obtain quotes for necessary repairs. Kris made the process easy and straightforward, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Kris was great to work with - we had a very tight window to get all of our information together to make a competitive offer, and Kris was a great resource! With Kris' help we were able to negotiate the deal within a matter of days.

Kris is incredibly accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful! He knows the area and the market incredibly well and provides excellent feedback and advice. He is a trusted advisor in the difficult process of finding and buying your next home. I highly recommend working with Kris!

Kris helped us buy our first house years ago after we were married. Since then, he has helped us buy and sell a few more homes, investment properties and even commercial real estate. I've rarely seen or had any professional go the extra mile like Kris does. He always has a positive attitude kept us informed at every stage. And we've always had a successful outcome thanks to Kris.
