Real Broker, Oregon

Julia Monaghan went above and beyond helping our family list and sell my mothers home. In a market where we truly didnt know what to expect, Julia did an incredible job marketing the property and had it sold within just a few days with multiple offers...ultimately closing well above the listing price. Throughout the entire process, Julia was professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly caring. She truly held my moms hand every step of the way and also kept my sister and me informed to make sure our mom felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. If you are looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and works tirelessly for them, I give Julia my highest recommendation. Thanks again, Julia!

We had an excellent experience working with Julia on two occasions over 5 years. Throughout both processes, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way (why we keep working with her every chance!). Julia was always responsive, prompt, and available to answer questions, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Her guidance and expertise helped us confidently navigate both buying and selling, and we always felt well-informed about our options and next steps. Beyond her professionalism, she was super friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. We are so grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted realtor to guide them through the home buying or selling process. Thank you again Julia!!!

Working with Julia was a pleasure! She couldnt have been more helpful. She went above and beyond on all aspects of our search and purchase. We would highly recommend her.

Selling my home to move to a retirement community was a major life transition, as it was the final home sale of my life. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Julia Monaghan to guide me through the process. From the very beginning, Julia was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She did extensive research to determine the right pricing strategy, helped stage the home beautifully, and marketed it in a way that generated significant interest. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, we received multiple offers and ultimately accepted an offer well above the asking price. What impressed me most was Julias attention to detail and her ability to make what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She was always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and negotiated skillfully on my behalf. I am so grateful for everything Julia did for me and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Julia, for making this important chapter in my life such a positive experience.
