When we started to interview agents to sell our house, Anthony was the standout in the crowd. When people say first impressions count, Anthony is the definition of this. He came to our house highly professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market in our area. He was prepared with comps of past sales and current houses for sale in our area. He walked us through the process of getting the house ready for the sale, preparing it for photos, video and drone footage. He explained what would happen every step from pre listing, to going live with the listing, to private showings and open houses. Anthony was able to sell our house within less then 7 days from the listing going live. He had multiple prospective buyers lined up the 3 days before the open house. During the open house on Saturday and Sunday of the first weekend he had over 20 prospective buyers attend. I truly believe this was not a fluke due to the current times in the market but his ability to advertise and promote our listing across all aspects of social media and online websites.
