This was my first home purchase, during a pandemic, up against couples prices in houses soaring. I was getting discouraged! There were not many options in the location I was looking- Dan was always very supportive and positive! Responded anytime I reached out! This process was longer than i could have ever expected and Dan never once complained lol, always laughing and joking! Dan was awesome he always returns your call immediately, he directed us in many aspects of our purchase. He provided information about the area, and helped get information from the seller when the lawyers couldn?t. He worked around our crazy schedule and always got us into see the houses we requested in a timely fashion.
