His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and strong communication kept us informed and confident every step of the way. he also has a professional team that very helpful and customer focused throughout the process. What stood out most was his dedication, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. He handled everything with professionalism and integrity, and his marketing of our homes truly made a difference. We couldnt be happier with the results and would highly recommend Billy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for your hard work and exceptional service!

Liz was so great to work with, she went above and beyond when it came to Negotiations and was there at any time for any questions or concerns I had every step of the way. If you want to have an easy time looking for your next or first home Liz is an amazing choice.

Billy represented me on the sale of my late fathers property, and I'm glad we had him in our corner. He was respectful, resourceful, and steady throughout the process. I appreciated that he was straight with us, didnt sugarcoat things, and made everything easy to understand. I also appreciated working with someone who served in the military aEUR" he was straightforward, calm, and dependable. Id definitely recommend Billy to anyone looking for an honest, no-nonsense real estate professional.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to get us in our forever home. She made the whole process completely peaceful joyful memorable. She's a rock star at what she does!

Billy Alt and his team did an exceptional job helping us through the home selling process. He not only gave us great advice but also helped to look after our house since we were no longer in the Vegas area. It was very nice getting to know him over the last several weeks. We highly recommend Billy for buying or selling a house.
