Mike shows up, he does the research, applies all the tools at his disposal for a quick an equitable sale of your property. Mikes diligence to his craft can not be overstated. Mike was our (my wife and I) agent for buying our current home and selling our previous. He navigated us through the task of locating and eventually buying a smaller home (several offers on multiple homes during this period) that allowed us to reasonably downsize during a peak period of high demand and shrinking inventory. Then advised as to the best strategys for selling our pervious (interest rates had risen substantially and demand had slowed). We followed Mikes advise and we feel not only did we get the most bang for our buck on the purchase but also on the sale of our previous. This is a long overdue review that should have been written over a month ago. I just want to let everyone know that Michael Carr was an amazing realtor. He hung in there with us with the purchase of a commercial building that took 8 months due to some issues that the sellers needed to clear up. He responded to all our questions (which were many) immediately. If he couldn't answer them, he took the time to research and get us the answers we were looking for. He even listened to my frustrations many times about how long this process was taking which was completely out of his control. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy or sell. I will definitely use him again in the near future.
