This is my first time buying a home. I have seen people stress out and be completely overwhelmed in their process but my experience could not have been better! Liz is knowledgeable, connected, honest and so helpful. No matter the time, no matter the question she was always willing to make this experience so easy and fun! Liz Bruch is amazing!! She is a force of nature you want working for you when buying a home. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows the right questions to ask, and is committed to getting you what you want. We recently bought our first home and had no idea what we were doing. Add to that a relocation from Texas with only five weeks to find and close on a house, and you can imagine our panic! Liz was our rock and walked us through every step of the process. She maintained constant communication and was always available to answer questions, even ones we had already asked! Because we were out of state, Liz visited properties on our behalf and sent us photos, videos, and feedback for each one. She then designed an itinerary to visit several homes in one day to accommodate our schedule. We flew in to town and she spent the ENTIRE day with us looking at properties, then met with us the next morning to re-show the house we liked best. We were blown away by her commitment and the time she spent helping us find the perfect home. We cannot recommend Liz highly enough! She is extremely good at what she does. You won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10!

Stout professional. This was our third housing transaction, first 2 were ho-hum realtors focused on greasing transactions by any means necessary. Mike sat with us patiently over winter in Lawrence, which his son helps facilitate. He expertly helped us navigate objections - some reasonable and some absurd - with excellent guidance while avoiding unreasonable concessions. If I had to nitpick, I'm annoyed he's not available in Ohio; I would retain him in a heartbeat. Fantastic expertise. Fantastic service. Thank you for working with us!

We chose Mike based on his reviews and they were not wrong. Mike's experience was invaluable in evaluating the home we chose, making a solid offer, finding and addressing a few small things, and getting us to close with minimal hassle and on time. Mike's connections in lending and home inspections led us to 2 solid companies that also exceeded our expectations. Mike was patient with our questions, always responsive to our inquiries in less than 24 hours, and cheerful and supportive. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Liz was amazing! She would send me multiple properties to view and showed me the houses I was interested in on my schedule and never tried to force me into do something I wasn't interested. Liz made sure to check out every aspect of each potential property and point out the good and the bad. When the house came available that I inevitably purchased, she noticed a few problems that we wanted to have addressed. The issues would not have been deal breakers but Liz was able to get them corrected and not at my expense. Liz would always answer my calls and and she helped calm my nerves come closing day. We did a couple of walk-throughs of what was expected of me and of what I could expect come close. Her personality is absolutely amazing and I have recommended her to friends that are interested in purchasing (also selling) and I would recommend her to all. I truly enjoyed the experience of working with her and was sorry that I wasn't going to see her on a daily basis going forward. I still try to keep in touch. I absolutely love the house I am in and I have Liz to thank.
