This is the second time where I decided to look to buy my first home. The first time was not all that great (different realtor) but the second time around Dan made it super easy. On this second try Dan helped in all ways possible in this fast moving market. Dan sent us homes whenever they popped up, set up meets as soon as possible, answered at all times of the day and night, was very personable and friendly, and met all the needs we needed for when looking for a home. The first house we saw we loved but unfortunately went under contract and we were back to the drawing board. Dan kept our spirits up and kept helping us find the perfect home for our family to start a new chapter in our life. Under some miracle our first home came back on the market and Dan got our offer in as quickly as possible, where then our offer was expected. It was amazing because Dan showed up to a house vexing and said he had good news. Not only were we excited about this, but he was excited and happy for us as well. Even through the quick closing process Dan was keeping us updated with any and all news. There were even days where he just called or texted to see how we were or for any questions. What I really enjoyed most about Dan was he was so personable, he answered all our long texts and questions at any moment we had and kept us calm and level headed throughout the whole closing process. Dan treated us more like friends than being our realtor and that meant a lot to us. Anybody who is looking for a realtor this is the guy to go too. I have already recommended him to several of my friends who are looking for a house. Thank you so much Dan.
