Christina did an amazing job representing our family for selling our current home and buying our new home. Christina walked with us step by step to come up with a great value for our selling home. She was right on top of things for identifying houses for us to visit. Christina worked her magic on the negotiation process on our new home. All through out the process, Christina added special touches, like remembering our son's birthday, that made the process and experience special. To say "thank you" is an understatement. We would recommend Christina to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house.

Christina was amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and Christina was incredibly helpful guiding us through every step of the process. She picked out homes that always checked our boxes. She was always quick to communicate, very knowledgeable, and a kind person. We would work with her again and I highly recommend anyone work with her.

Christina communicated thoroughly and promptly throughout the process of finding and buying an investment property (I live out of town). She provided images, did the walk-throughs, provided her insight, and handled all the backend work. Not only that, she provided recommendations for contractors, lawn care, and other services and continued engaging after the property was already titled in my name with support and ongoing searches for service contractors. Really went above and beyond for me, very responsive and knowledgeable.

Christina was amazing to work with. She was communicative, down to earth, and extremely helpful. She never pressured and was always available to answer any questions that came up. My whole family felt very comfortable with her and knew we were in good hands during the stressful process of home buying/selling. Highly recommend.

Christina helped me purchase an Ohio house while living in New York, then later sell that house and buy another house. She has valuable contractor connections and is knowledgeable about the area. Prompt communication and cooperative.
