REAL Broker 3707 E Southern Ave

I worked with Ben Graham as the escrow officer on a buyer's closing in Mesa this summer. He stayed easy to reach and kept his side of the file moving the whole way through. Would work with him again.

I represented the buyer on a deal in Scottsdale where Ben Graham had the seller side. We ran into a real problem, a sewer issue on the old home that came to about $20,000, and Ben and I worked to structure a fair credit for my buyer on top of the usual concessions instead of letting it kill the deal. Would work with him again.

I had the pleasure of financing the buyer's purchase on one of Ben Graham's listings in Mesa this summer. Ben was great to work with--super responsive, easy to communicate with, and kept everything moving smoothly on his end. I'd absolutely be happy to work with him again!

Ben Graham represented the seller on a closing I ran as the senior escrow with Pioneer Title. Even with an HOA in the mix, we closed in about 10 days start to finish, and Ben kept his side moving the whole way so nothing held things up. My team enjoyed working with him! :)

Ben Graham should be your go to realtor in Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding areas. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and communicates every step of the way. I highly recommend Ben and his team for all your real estate needs. Whether you're looking to buy or sell your home, Ben has you covered.
