I am so grateful that Melony was our realtor. We were buying a house that had multiple bidders waiting in the wings so if mistakes had been made we would have lost our dream house. Her organization, attention to detail and focus kept the process on target even though our loan processor took off on vacation without telling anyone and dropped the ball numerous times. We had a really short window so we had to make sure things were done correctly the first time so we could make our scheduled closing date. Melony kept the loan officer on track and reminded us about what our next steps in the process needed to be, which really helped us out since we were distracted on closing out our life in another state before our move to Texas. Melony was tireless and her enthusiasm made buying a house fun. We highly recommend her to anyone buying in Texas or out of state, you will be so happy with her work ethic and results. Melony really advocated for us and she was incredibly supportive. We cannot say enough good things.
