We sold a condo with Cassi and we needed to sell it quickly due to already moving to our next home. This was going to be a difficult endeavor with it being the week of Christmas and there being identical units for sell in our complex. We closed in less than 60 days and we are the only condo in the complex to sell so far in 2026.
