Aaron Edwards was great to work with. He was able to meet with us when we had time (after work, Saturday's, and Sunday's). Aaron worked with us a lot trying to find the house that met all our needs. If we questioned something he was very helpful and explained along with saying if you doubt then let's keeps looking. He was pointing out issues that I didn't catch and I thought I was being very observant. It was so nice having someone look out for my wife and I and not just trying to sell something. When it came down to the negotiation peice he helped greatly. We wanted certain things to happen and the price to be good great and he got us both. I would Highly recommend Aaron Edwards to anyone. On a side note I have never had a realtor give us a gift after we closed. A hand made lazy Susan to go on our kitchen table that had our names on it. He took it to the next level.

My husband and I decided to start looking for our first house this past January. We recently moved back home from California and were referred to Aaron by a realtor on the west coast. The entire process for us went very smoothly and we were in our new home by the end of February. Aaron is very knowledgable and helped us tremendously with our VA home loan. With us being first time home buyers, we were not very experienced on what questions to ask or really the whole process itself. Aaron answered all of our questions and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He noticed things about our home that we would have never realized until we moved in. The smallest imperfections he will point out and have it fixed if needed. The best part is he is very laid back and easy to trust! I worked with Aaron Edwards last year in purchasing my first home. What started out as an easy sell for him quickly turned into a nightmare but he stayed positive and walked me through everything in a way I could understand. No matter how many problems were thrown at us he had resolutions for them. He was always easy to get in touch with and very quickly I felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a salesman! Aaron only had to show me 2 houses and I was sold on the second one. There were so many problems with it but he negotiated to have all of those issues repaired, I got a below list price, AND got my closing costs paid. I couldn't be happier with his service and would recommend him highly to anyone in the market for buying a home! I had nothing prepared and knew nothing when he found me on Zillow. He was even able to suggest a lender. He made one of the hardest most stressful things I have ever done so much easier.

We were so fortunate to have found Aaron! Not only did he help us find the perfect house he sold our old house in two days! He was patient as we looked at homes over several weeks. Even taking time away from his family meeting us in the evenings after work, most times with a tired 3 year old in tow. Aaron was always on our side working to make our house purchase and sell simple and successful. The best part about working with Aaron was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Words cannot express how blessed we are to have found Aaron he was ALWAYS available to answer any questions we had before, during and after closing!! We would recommend him to anyone.
