Where do I begin? Karr was diligent and caring through the home buying process. She answered all of our questions, and was very quick to respond. We had talked to other realtors before, and never felt like they believed in us so home buying seemed WAY in the future. We told Karr we would like to buy a house by June, and she delivered well before then! We closed mid March, and love our new home. AND she made sure to find us something minutes from family. She also found my little sister a house at the same time! I could go on and on, but all of this to say that Karr is incredibly skilled and cares about her clients.
