Real People Realty

Carolyn was fantastic from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable and I trusted her to guide me through this process knowing she wouldnt steer me wrong. She found great comps in my area and got the house listed at the price I wanted, after another realtor we had spoken to told us to list for $30k less, we received a full price offer that same weekend it was listed. I'm so thankful we didnt settle and took the recommendation to go with Carolyn instead. Her communication throughout was the best part for me. I feel like I was always in the loop every step of the way and that was very important. I would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking to sell their home.

Carolyn did a wonderful job finding high-quality tenants for my rental property. I truly appreciated her professionalism, expert advice, and willingness to go the extra mile throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with her and look forward to working with her again in the future.

This is my third time working with Carolyn. This was our first time buying with her, and we had the same impeccable experience. We would recommend her for buying or selling; her attention to detail and customer service is top notch.

Carolyn was outstanding in the service she provided. She dedicated her time specifically to ensure that my needs were addressed in a timely manner. I think she is an asset to your organization, and I would recommend her to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!
