William did a great job in helping us to find a home in the Philadelphia area . He took us out several times but didn?t find anything in our price range, then he started sending my husband and I listing every day and that really help because one of the listings that he sent to us the house that we purchased was on his listing. I found William to be very friendly and he had a lot of patience working with us, from my point of view it takes a very patient person to work with my husband. He is a good communicator and always explain things and always make sure we find something in our price range, all in all he made it happened for us.
