Real of Ohio

This guy Rich Ganim is great! He will come through for you and sell your place for more than you thought you could ever sell it for. Trust his method and his approach and he will not disappoint! I think his staff functions the same way too. Feel comfortable with top notch ethics at Ganim Realestate.

Rich was such a pleasure to work with! Communicated well and was very helpful in finding everything I looked for in my future home! I would recommend Rich to any friends and family looking for a great realtor to help their dreams come reality.

I completed an out of state move and home purchase from Colorado Springs to Cleveland and I was referred to Rich & he was nothing but helpful and communicative! We were able to look at houses beginning of August and closed before month end! It was really a great experience and if I know or meet anyone looking for a home I know exactly who to refer to! Thanks again Rich you helped me and my family more than you know!

Rich and his team did an amazing job with the sale of my home. They went above and beyond keeping me informed every step of the way. I would definitely use them for any future real estate needs that I have and I also highly recommend them for anyone looking for a friendly, professional team that gets the job done. I cannot thank them enough!!

If selling a house could actually be fun, Rich Ganim found a way to make it happen! His attention to detail and professionalism gave us complete confidence from day one, while his easygoing personality and great sense of humor made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. Rich was always responsive, kept everything on track, and made selling our Broadview Heights home a great experience. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend him!
