Real of Ohio

Milena was extremely helpful during the purchase of my new home! The transaction was done remotely from another state and Milena did a great job guiding me through that process. I felt very confident that Milena was looking out for my best interest. The communication with Milena was excellent and removed any anxiety I had making a remote purchase.

Rita helped me during a time that was quite scary and the future was unknown. She kept me positive in my options, worked with me on getting my house on the market, giving me insights to how the market was doing. I would hands down recommend working with Rita with all of your real estate needs.

As a first time house buyer Milena was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me many homes and never hesitated to write offers until we finally won! She always answered all of my questions and made sure to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident every step of the way. I will always recommend her to anyone who needs help with real estateaEUR"she truly goes above and beyond. I will always use you for my real estate needs, highly recommend 10 out of 10

We were casually browsing for our first house when our dream home hit the marketaEUR"before we were even pre-approved. Thanks to Milena, we quickly connected with an amazing lender and were able to submit an offer that beat out two others! Milena was there for us every step of the way: guiding us through the process, explaining everything clearly, and making the entire experience smooth and stress free! We are forever grateful for Milena and all of her help, and will always recommend her!

Milena was awesome from start to finish! We looked at homes for nearly 7 weeks and during that time Milena was available all days and times of the week to get us into houses quickly before other buyers. She worked hard to get our offers in quickly and was always incredibly responsive. It was really nice having her help during the actual closing as well, it definitely would have been a nightmare navigating the process without her. We ended up finding our dream home and Milena made it an easy and enjoyable process the entire way.
