Real Living, Sugar Pine Realty

One of the most professional go getters in the real-estate industry! Michelle has helped my family more than I could ever imagine! She is on top of everything and made moving into our new home a breeze! We are blessed and grateful she came into our lives! She is an amazing person and whoever has her as their realtor should feel extremely lucky! My family thanks you Michelle!!

Buying a house in Twain Harte, Sonora, or elsewhere in Tuolumne County? Then Michelle ADair, The Dancing RealtorA(R), is the person you want to waltz with. The area is her theatre, and she knows it like a dancer knows the stage. She will lead you into the perfect home, making the process as smooth as possible, all while teaching you about the area and giving you great advice on the correct steps to take for your move. She is so friendly that youll feel you already have a good friend in the area when you move in. Plus, since she knows just about everyone who lives or works in her theatre, if you plan to upgrade, repair, or remodel your new house, she can help partner you up with terrific contractors and service personnel, as well as tell you where you can get the best carrot cake or deli sandwiches. If they had an Isadora Duncan award for realtors, Michelle would win it every year.

Michelle A'Dair got me through a difficult transaction and was professional from start to finish. From the moment I met Michelle, I realize she was the kind of person you could trust implicitly. She is prompt, skilled, and thoroughly reliable. I am a first time homebuyer and Michelle saved me quite a bit of money and her construction background is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Michelle as your Realtor as she is a superstar.

Michelle A'Dair went the distance for us. Our recent sale was our first experience selling property. She guided us through the listing and sale process with patience and confidence from start to finish. We sold undeveloped property, and there were times when extra research was required. Michelle worked hard to find the necessary information, and the result was a very satisfying sale for all concerned.
