Paul beyond helped me out. In my most desperate time I called him and explained my situation. He immediately got to it. The lender contacted me within 24 hours and I got pre-approved. On our very first day looking at homes I knew that the last house we saw was the one. My son could stay in the same school and our dog has his very first fenced in yard. Although I was scared to buy a house I thought about it and within 48 hours put an offer. Paul negotiated and within the week we were on our way to my owning our new home. Our closing came faster than expected which worked out for me. We are so thankful for all he's done. He has been a blessing.
