We have used Mark and Alecia 2 times now; 1st in 2013 to purchase our first home and 2nd in 2017 to sell home and purchase a new home with land. Both experiences were made better by Mark and Alecias knowledge, experience and dedication. On a professional level: You will have a hard time finding a realtor(s) that know about the area, listen to your needs/wants, stay within budget, dont pressure, are honest, and keep you on track like Team Olsen. Even when feeling defeated, that we would not find our forever home, the Olsens stuck with it and never lowered their standards. They dont stop at finding you a house, they help every step of the process. Selling a home and purchasing a home back to back is a major undertaking and we could not have done it without Team Olsen. They make you feel like you are their only client. On a Personal Level: Amazing people who make you feel comfortable to just be you! They make looking for houses a fun experience. Never did I feel rushed or judged while looking at houses. You can really tell they actually enjoy going to look at houses as much as a potential buyer!
