Tracy is a native of the Houghton Lake region. He grew up in Northern Michigan and spent his summers on Houghton Lake at his grandfather's cabin. After graduating from Grand Blanc High School, Tracy attended Baker College of Flint, where he completed an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management. After graduation, Tracy went into the Machine Tool Electrical field, where he spent the better part of ten years working in the Rochester Hills region. Looking to start a career, Tracy began working in the Senior Housing industry, where he worked for over five years as a Property Manager (General Manager of Operations) for Holiday Retirement in Auburn California. Ready for a new challenge, Tracy received his Real Estate Salesperson License in the fall of 2017 and Carrie joined him as his assistant until obtaining her license and then they became "The Team Lowe". They excelled quickly becoming the number one agent in sales for the company and have maintained over $5 Million in sales for the last few years consecutively. Tracy and Carrie purchased their home in Houghton Lake. They fill their free time fishing, boating, hiking, and enjoying Houghton Lake, spending time with friends and family. They are truly invested in the Houghton Lake, Higgins Lake, and West Branch regions.
