We cannot recommend Leanne highly enough. She knows the area like the back of her hand and was able to provide invaluable insights into the local market. Communication was a breeze; she was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She worked tirelessly and got our house listed for sale quickly and for a great price. She always made time to show us homes that were on the market. She was joyful with a great perspective.

Great people to work with but as a team they need to communicate better with each other. Lyle is new to the business so it's a learning curve. There were issues with the inspection and I would have liked to see better negotiating skills. When the Purchase agreement came through on the house we were selling I was contacted by phone and not everything was disclosed. We countered on what we were told and later discovered there was a daily rental fee. Part our fault for not seeing the actual contract before we countered.

Leanne went above and beyond alongside us on our home buying journey.
