REAL ESTATE ONE

I highly recommend Brittani Purman, especially to military veterans looking for a fiercely loyal advocate. I recently worked with Brittani to buy a home in Oscoda County, she handled a highly complex transaction with unmatched professionalism. Our deal involved several difficult hurdles including verifying an unpermitted secondary unit with the township, managing an escrow pause for a new well installation and coordinating strict health and utility inspections. Brittani managed these moving parts seamlessly, keeping our contract and timeline completely protected. Her true integrity shined when default lender paperwork generated an incorrect tax proration that would have cost me over $1,423. Rather than pushing the papers through, Brittani jumped into action. She met with the title company communicated with my lender team and fought to protect my hard-earned benefits. Brittani has rare humility, sharp communication skills and always treated me with deep respect. If you want a real estate agent who is highly competent, adaptable, and genuinely cares about protecting your wallet, hire Brittani Purman!
