Choosing Derek as our real estate agent was one of the best decisions that my fiancA(C) and I have ever made. From the first time I called him all, the way to our closing, Derek was there the entire time. Derek was honest, respectful, and by our sides the entire time. We looked at quite a few houses, and thought that our dream house was out of the picture. After some negotiation, Derek was able to help us realize this dream...at an affordable price! Derek showed us 20+ houses, but knew that we had to have that house. He even answered my nervous calls at 11pm the night before closing (we were first time buyers). If you are looking for a real estate agent that is honest, caring, hardworking, and willing to put your best interests first, then Derek Bauer is your guy. I am proud to say I chose him, and I would recommend him to anyone. My fiancA(C) and I are glad to say that we found the perfect house for us, and a friend in process.

If I could give Derek 10/5 stars I would! We worked with him for a year and he was so amazingly patient with us and had a sincere interest in getting us the best home that we could afford. He showed us as many houses as we asked to see, even at less than a day's notice. No was not a word that we ever heard him say! He gave us his honest opinion regarding whether he felt homes were overpriced, good/bad neighborhoods and school districts, whether we were offering too high or too low. He was always extremely professional and always early. He never seemed rushed and always had everything under control. When we decided on a house, he guided us through the "short sale" process and helped us put things in perspective. He guided us through closing, helped us find all of the service people that we needed to make our home move in ready. We had worked with 2 prior real estate agents and they don't even come close to comparing to Derek's level of expertise and professionalism. If you are looking for someone who will respond to your emails, phone calls, and texts immediately, guide you through all aspects of finding, buying, and preparing a home for move in readiness, then Derek is the realtor for you. I should mention that I never take the time to type out reviews, but I was so happy with Derek's work that I wanted to take the time to give props where props are due! I would recommend him hands down to my family and friends.
