Although the property we purchased was about 1 1/2 hours north of their office, Joe and Jenn never hesitated in meeting us back at the house for second viewings, measurements, meeting with the well and septic inspector etc. They went out of their way to investigate a property easement issue that ultimately was able to put my mind at ease. The deal was a bit rocky due to COVID and restrictions with the Canadian owners but they smoothed things out very nice. They got me all the information needed to get the local utilities switched over, came to the closing and even presented us with a beautiful gift for our new lakehouse.
