Real Estate One

Chris Lotz helped us find and purchase a home in Ann Arbor. From my first conversation with him he understood exactly what we were hoping for in our new home. We currently live in the Chicago area, and Chris scouted properties and provided videos that helped us make our decision. His guidance through the process was amazing, as was his communication re: changes in the real estate business since we last bought a home 25 years ago. Great job!

Pat and Chris went above and beyond to help us buy and sell at the same time. They have the best listing photography and advertising. The entire process went smoothly. They are very responsive to whatever questions and concerns we had.

Pat and Chris are both Phenomenal people to work with. Chris helped us find our first home in 2021. Pat And Chris recently helped us buy a new home and sell our first! Crazy process as it was multiple contingencies. They both were in our corner every bit of the way! Chris would go to the end of the world to find a home with us and even fight for us after closing when things arnt in order. Thank-you both a bunch for helping my Family!

Pat is absolutely amazing, shes responsive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else for my future real estate needs. We sold a house and bought a house with them and they were there for us every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
