I bought a house in 2015 and used her as my realtor. Buying a house was painless! I frequently ask her realty related questions and will use her when selling my current home.

Today I called her to ask for some information, but she was very aggressive in speech, unprofessional and hung up on me. Unacceptable for an agent! Very disappointed with the conversation.

Recently moved to the area and I am still debating between renting and buying. Since we are fairly new and don't have much knowledge of the area we needed someone that has been around and could tell us more. We were also debating between new and fixer upper, although I am not to handy. Glynis was referred to us by a friend and she was such a big help, she is so easy to talk to. Not only does she know the local market well for rentals, has experience in selling and buying, but construction as well. We had a very long conversation and narrowed things down and figured out what we needed, not just want (big difference) . We presented a fantastic offer and could have closed easily, but the seller did not accept the counter offer in the end. The seller stopped responding, regardless of an almost full asking price offer. We are still renting for now due to lack of time, but will attempt to buy again when we head towards the end of our lease and will use her as our agent again.

One of, if not THE most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable agents I've ever spoken to. Will definitely continue to work with her. She knows the market, and makes helpful suggestions and recommendations in helping to find the perfect units and renters to fill my needs.

Glynis has been extremely helpful in my house hunting journey. Communication is very important to me and being able to ask questions and actually getting them answered is such a relief. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness in one of the hardest tasks on everyones to do list.
