Real Estate Mavens

Your search for a real estate agent ends here!! Raffi is THE best overall real estate agent I?ve had the pleasure to work with. He is attentive and responsible, VERY knowledgeable and puts his client?s needs above his own. He looks out for his customers? best interest and is always available to answer questions and most importantly provide guidance. He treats the entire process as if he was purchasing a home for himself. His eyes for detail is important when searching for a home, we look and buy our home with emotions but you also need a pair of eyes that notices the imperfections that will cost you money in renovations. He made our first home buying experience a memorable one by finding us the dream house we couldn?t have imagined owning. Overall our family is very happy with Raffi?s services and we give him the highest recommendation possible! Thank you Raffi!

Raffi is an amazing realtor agent! He helped us find a beautiful house for my parents. He was always readily available and on time. He was very patient with us on finding the perfect home. He actively worked on getting this house; especially during this crazy hot market. We were able to close on this house despite having over 10 offers. My parents are very grateful for him. I would highly recommend him if your looking for a realtor agent.

Raffi went above and beyond to make our dreams come true in this difficult market. We were searching for our home for almost 18 months and after losing a few offers that weren?t meant to be we came across the home of our dreams. We told Raffi we had to have this home and he did everything and he could to make it happen. The listing agent even told us that our home purchase was made possible by Raffi, and his persistence. We were truly lucky to have Raffi on our side.
