Real Estate Group Inc

Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable while looking for the perfect house for us. We've looked at a few but are still looking for our perfect home. We just haven't found the right one that's big enough for us and that has land with it.

Giuseppe was so personable and easy to talk to. He helped me understand every part of the process. He was also really good at listening to my minds. He far exceeded my expectations on being available the whole process!

Kim was awesome. In a really tough real estate environment, she helped me wind my way through and eventually steered me to the right house. She was extremely patient with me as I was very picky and used to a market that was very different than what I found in the Springfield area. I plan to use her to sell my previous residence since she was so much help.

There is no substitute for experience, Kim is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate marketing and sales. She is familiar with most of the local real estate professionals and did a good job of presenting the property to them. She is well versed in all facets of the selling process as well as staff of local title and lending organizations. Kim also assisted in post-sale matters such as delivering mail that was not forwarded and answering questions, she presents as a professional and she is trustworthy.

Kim did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home! Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive sale price for our old home, and purchase price for our new home, while considering future resale value for the area. Kim was very involved in all aspects of our closings. She was friendly, responsive, and honest. It was such a pleasure working with her!
