Real Estate by Vickie Jenkins and Associates

Katrina was very knowledgeable about the local market. She was very responsive and prompt to request and questions. She was very knowledgeable about the buying process and helped us throughout the way.

We were first time home buyers, and Katrina was so helpful! She guided us through the whole process and helped us buy a home that was absolutely perfect for us. She was really knowledgable about the local area, and was invaluable during the negotiation process. I would highly recommend Katrina to anyone buying a home in the area.

Katrina went well beyond any responsibility she had to make this real estate sale a success. She is patient and thoughtful. Professional in her communications and timely in her responses. I highly recommend Katrina.

Katrina is one of the best! Shes communicative, diligent, patient, and hard working. She only wants the best for you. I was in a crunch and needed to sell my home ASAP. It was on the market for approximately 3 days and I had 2 offers. My home was under contract immediately and within 40 days, it was sold!! I highly recommend Katrina Bonfili! Shes a wonderful realtor!

Katrina was great! She was very patient with us and would be willing to show us a house anytime around our schedules. She helped out a lot with us being first time home buyers. Walked us through the process and explained everything to us in detail. We would recommend her in a heart beat!
