I did not think I would be giving any real estate company in Durham, NC 4 stars, nevertheless 5! When I arrived, it was extremely difficult to find a real estate company that understood that the first-time home buying experience for a young professional is not only daunting, but complex and overwhelming with home choices. Theresa Olson was an absolute rockstar compared to the competition. Not only was she exceedingly patient with my anxiousness with the process, but was more than eager to go above and beyond to explain all sorts of things about Durham, and my brand new neighborhood. From answering emails on action in foreign lands to shooting texts backing in forth in the wee hours of the morning, Theresa gets the job done; and just gets it done right. What really stood out to me about Real Estate By Design, and Theresa Olson; was her going toe to toe with other real estate agents in real-time as I watched my deal get sweeter and sweeter.
