We listed our home with Maggie. Maggie had open houses and used multiple advertising techniques, which led to a full price offer, and a very short listing period. Maggie was there guiding us every step of the way making the process as pleasant as possible!

Working with Maggie is like working with family. I was very particular about what I wanted in a house as a first-time home buyer. Maggie took me to look at over 40 houses! She treated my daughters and I like family and we were so comfortable driving around Albuquerque with her. Maggie actually found the home that my family moved into. She remembered everything that I said I wanted and recommended that I view a house for a second time and now it is our brand new home! Her knowledge of the industry, ability to get answers, and beautiful petsonality make Maggie Chavez at Sante Fe Trail Realty the best choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
