Real Estate Advantage

Rick did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and has a good pulse on the area and market. He assisted us in every area. He answered all our questions from listing to closing. I strongly recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy in Chautauqua County. I will defiantly use him again if I need to sell or buy another property. Five Stars in every category!!!

Very happy with Rick . House was under contract within 18 days. Everything went smoothly.

Julia was incredibly helpful with our long and drawn out home search. She was patient and amazingly responsive when explaining the whole process and helping us with anyone issues. She helped to personalize the entire process and made us feel secure and taken care of.

Fifteen years ago, Julia was the agent who helped us find our lake house. We greatly appreciated her work ethic, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the Chautauqua area. Because of this, when we decided to sell our house, we would not list with anyone but Julia! Julia and Rick devoted great time and energy to make sure our house sold at the right price and in a timely manner. There is no better team to list with!

Julia was an incredible realtor who helped us find our perfect lake house on Chautauqua Lake this spring. She was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and a strong advocate for us as out-of-town buyers. Her expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. We highly recommend Julia to anyone looking to buy property in the Chautauqua Lake area.
