We found Rick McMahon online and took a chance on his service. From the moment we called him (we were in NYC) he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We took the trip to meet him and saw several houses. We then went home to NYC and did the rest of our business with him virtually. We texted Rick dozens of times a day with questions and more questions and he never seemed to mind. Even when we were starting to feel we would never find the right house, Rick would remind us that there is always another house. Rick went to dozens of houses for us and walked us through them virtually. He would always fit us into his busy schedule.
