Jacob was incredible. He had a long drive from his office in Jamestown and the home I eventually purchased in Salamanca. He made almost a dozen trips to Salamanca, responded immediately or within hours anytime I emailed - Immediately when I called him. When I felt that I was abusing him with constant inquiries, I tried to hand him $500 but he refused, and he kept refusing the offer. I think that alone speaks to his character and professionalism to the realtor code of ethics, if there is such a thing. Jacob has an excellent house inspector he works with. Make sure you use him - he checked one house where he found a lot of problems, so he then checked out the house I finally purchased. Jacob is calm, soft spoken, focused and someone I now consider a friend for what he made possible.
