Liz is an amazing realtor and truly cares for her clients! Our family were first time home buyers and Liz answered our questions and always responded quickly! She got us in to see the property that we wanted within a day of contacting her. She always responded to our questions (no matter how simple or complicated they seemed). She listened to what we wanted and what we wanted our goals and budget to be in! The topper to the amazing services that she already provided was that she hired a cleaning company for the property we got as the sellers were not including it (trust me it was scary and seeing it cleaned made us so excited)! We truly enjoyed working with her and are so glad that we chose her as our realtor! Give her a call if youre hesitant, she is so easy to talk to!

My wife and weren't looking for a vacation home, however on a recent golf trip to Graeagle area, we were curious about a home for sell that was by our VRBO. We reached out to the listing agent who happened to be Liz Joy. She set up a tour within a couple of hours to allow us to visit the property. Though we didn't go with that one, she led us to three other properties. It was one of my most spontaneous purchases of my life! Liz was a big part of that decision process by giving us key information and resources to be able to feel comfortable buying a vacation home located 2 1/2 hours away. She made us feel very comfortable through the entire process.
