We worked with Tobi Smukler over a period of months to cast our wide net to find the perfect home that checks every box. The first thing she did was refer us to an amazing mom-daughter team in our area to help us sell our home, which they did with perfect timing and coordination with Tobi working with us as buyers. Tobi brought keen listening skills, a great team that includes an awesome loan officer, understanding of the complexity of relocating from another state and contingency to sell our home first, alignment with our vision and ongoing wisdom to keep us grounded.
