My boyfriend & Is first time buying a home was an unforgettably positive experience all thanks to Andrew! Knowledge, communication skills, patience & guidance is what we were looking for & Andrew provided it all. If youre looking to buy a home, regardless of knowledge or experience, hes your guy!

Andrew made our home buying experience so easy. He kept us well informed, answered all our questions as first time homebuyers, and made us feel comfortable. Could not have chosen a better agent to guide us through our first home buying experience.

I just closed on my purchase with Andrew. He really makes this process simple and most important gives amazing guidance and support in all aspects of the property, closing , the overall process and braking down everything real estate related and makes the process smooth and easy to understand. Him and his team, were all so helpful and he was always easy and available to reach by phone and text and zoom. I had on my end a couple last minute things, that needed last minute changing before escrow closing and he made it so easy and a smooth process. I am going to continue to purchase real estate and will definitely be using Andrew and his team when that time comes around again for next purchase. Ive purchased many homes in in 2000-2010 and this was one of the few agents i can say has exceptional service and very grateful for his professionalism, expertise and support as i get back into the real estate world. Definitely recommend !

Andrew Hart helped us achieve our goal to find our first house for our family. He was communicative, resourceful, patient, and very helpful. We are very grateful to have had a well knowledgeable agent that succeeded our expectations. We truly recommend Andrew. Thank you for all your hard work. Great job Andrew!!!!

We have been in the market for an investment property(s) and Andrew has been immensely helpful during the entire process. His knowledge, expertise and unique ability to find properties that have the potentials that we could not realize is to be admired. As we continue our search (delayed due to outside unrelated factors), we are eternally grateful to Andrew for his continued guidance. If you're in the market for a residential or investment property, I cannot recommend Andrew enough!
