Real Broker, Sand & Serenity Team

Kimberly was my agent for a purchase of a 7 figure waterfront property. Her knowledge of the intricate details of a waterfront / high end purchase was a difference maker. I am thankful for her efforts and highly recommend her to anyone.

Sandy and her team are awesome!!! I wanted to sell my condo. Sandy came in and decorated it like a beach house!! It sold the first day that it was on the market!! I could not ask for a better realtor in this area. I didnt need to do anything she took care of it all!! Seamless sale, and I got more money than either of us was expecting ??

Highly recommend! Sarena was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Her greatest strengths were attention to detail and follow through. She also negotiated a great deal with repairs and even negotiated to make available some unexpected bonus items (like high end washer/dryer). Cannot say enough about her professionalism and how comfortable she made us while finding our forever home. Thank you Sarena!!

Sarena did an outstanding job assisting us in the purchase of our very first home. She was very patient with us during the process and always paid attention to details when showing us available homes. We fell in love with our home and she did whatever it took to get us into this home we now get to call our own and enjoy. She worked so hard to get us exatcly what we were looking for and we appreciate her and the excellent service she provided. When the time comes for us to move again we will certainly be giving her a call.

Wow, so lucky to have bought a home with Sarena's endless support; she's is truly the best realtor you can ask for...super friendly and responsive to your questions, needs! Thank you Sarena!
