Felicity was amazing in finding us our first home in SD!! She was helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. Felicity is very knowledgeable when it comes to the different neighborhoods in SD as well as renovating tips and tricks for once you lock in your new home. Thank you soo much!

Felicity and her team did an amazing job helping my fiance and I purchase a home in Clairemont in Sept. As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and didn't know where to begin. Felicity was extremely helpful in providing quick and detailed answers to all of our concerns, taking a ton of work off our plate, and making the process as easy as possible. She is very detail-oriented, remembering the particular things to we liked/disliked about places, and recommending different homes based on our feedback and what she knew about us. I'd ask her random questions, thinking that I'd stump her eventually, but nope, she was on the spot every time, and you can just tell that she puts 110% in to her work. She never pressured us into making any decisions, was straightforward, and very easy to work with. She worked very well with the seller, securing us an agreement that fit our budget and provided us financial wins. Most of all Felicity was trustworthy and fun to work with. She took the stress out of the experience. She was very easy to be around and speak to with confidence. Working with Felicity was a great experience as a first time homebuyer, and I could not envision working with someone else in the future.

I highly recommend Erin for anyone looking for a real estate agent who is sharp, proactive, and truly committed to delivering results. They guided us through every step with clarity and confidence, communicated quickly, and handled all the details with professionalism. Their market knowledge and negotiation skills made a huge difference. We felt supported from start to finish and couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Erin was amazing from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. She made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free, even when challenges came up. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

Felicity is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable, particularly in the nuances of everything San Diego, has a way of being optimistic while staying unbiased in offering truly valuable and honest insight, and broadly is just super fun to work with. It was awesome having Gavin help throughout the process as well. Would highly recommend and wouldnt think of using any other agents in any future real estate endeavors!
