My husband and I decided to sell our home of 25 years in Orange county and relocate to Murrieta. Andrew was recommended to us by friends. He helped us find a home and with the very complicated process of buying and selling and closing 2 escrow in different counties. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the real estate process. He is very familiar with all the areas around Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Winchester and Menifee. He was available any time of day or night to answer calls, texts and emails. Andrew represented us as if we were his family. We trusted him completely. When things got stressful toward the end when our buyer's escrow was delayed he was calm and reassuring promising everything was going to be alright. He was able to negotiate us a great deal which almost fell through, but he did not falter or back down. He didn't get annoyed with us, but always calmed our fears. I was very impressed with Andrew! Andrew is a true professional who I would highly recommend.
