Working with AJ Steeber from Cook & Associates to sell my late brother's home out-of-state was an absolute blessing. Managing a property from afar during such a difficult time felt overwhelming, but AJ went above and beyond every single step of the way. He didn't just handle the listing; he personally coordinated estate sales and consignment stores to help clear the home, taking a massive weight off my shoulders. When we hit roadblocks with a difficult buyer's agent, AJ was an absolute professionalaEUR"firm, protective of my interests, and completely on top of every detail. If you need someone who treats you like family and handles every unexpected challenge with grace and expertise, I cannot recommend AJ Steeber and Cook & Associates enough. I am confident we will remain in touch over time, AJ you are a true professional. Thank you for everything you have done for my family and I, many times beyond the aspects of "just another sale."

We hired Kelly Cook, a Scottsdale real estate agent, to represent me and my partners in the sale of our 2,300-square-foot commercial warehouse in Mesa, Arizona. He exceeded our expectations. His market knowledge, pricing strategy, communication, and negotiation skills were outstanding. When we received multiple offers, Kelly advocated for us instead of just accepting what was on the table. His negotiation delivered a better financial outcome and more favorable terms with fewer restrictions. From listing to closing, he kept all of us informed, answered every question, and made the sale of our Mesa commercial property feel smooth. Kelly delivered the sale price and terms we wanted. I would work with him again, and I have already referred other commercial real estate opportunities to him. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone buying or selling commercial property in Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and the Greater Phoenix area.

Dylan did an amazing job for us. His knowledge of the area was incrediable and he was responsive to all the questions that we had. Dylan showed us houses that we requested to see and also houses that he thought we might like to see. He made sure that once we were ready to put an offer on the house he walked us through each and every step of the process.

Phillip did a great job as my seller realtor. He was resourceful, efficient, and supportive. He is quick to problem solve and takes action to get things done and get things closed. I look forward to working with Phillip in future real estate opportunities. I can recommend him without reservations.

AJ was amazing to work with. He always made time to show us homes and explain new processes to us. He was always available to ask questions, and we had a lot since this was our first time searching for a home. He is very easy to talk to and super knowledgeable about the area and the process of buying a house even if it not necessarily on the real estate side. He gets things done in a timely and simple manner and has a great team working with him as well. Thank you for all your help AJ! Highly recommend working with him for all your real estate needs.
