When buying a new home you want to take your time and find something that addresses your expectations, therefore usually it takes time and it is important that when you keep searching your realtor is patient and understands that you need time. In our case working with Svetlana was a complete pleasure, since she is the realtor that has all of it, understanding, patience, desire to help and moreover knowledge about everything that possible connects you as an owner to the property. We are new to WI and never had to deal with things like septic and well, but with Svetlana's help it all became easy to deal with, since she took her time to help with everything that we needed help with. Anastasia is amazing! She was eager to work with us from the beginning. We had a very specific set of criteria that resulted in a lot of showings across a wide geographic area. Regardless of where the property was located, she had suggestions about the area and what to consider. She was great about replying timely to emails, texts, and phone calls.When it was time to put in an offer on a house, she had very specific and incredibly helpful suggestions and things for us to consider. She was great at giving us time and space to discuss things ourselves, while still being available whenever we had questions and wanted more information. She had connections and recommendations for inspectors who all did great work, too.We ended up with a great house and the process could not have been better. Anastasia was a dream to work with. In a market as competitive as the one in Madison, you need someone who is going to be 100% on your side. That person is Anastasia!
