Jon did an outstanding job with the sale of our condo. At one time we owned 2 condos on Maui. We sold one during the pandemic which was when we first met Jon. We interviewed a number of potential agents and chose Jon. The first sale went through with no hitches, when we decided to sell the second condo we went back to Jon. Once again Jon went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went smoothly and we got a good price for our property. If we were to buy on Maui again our first call will be to Jon Brath and his team.

Jon and his Dreams2Reality team were a godsend in our search for a home on Maui. We thought it would take up to a year, but it only ended up taking less than 2 months (1 casually browsing & 1 of serious) before we got our condo. Would definitely recommend Jon and his team to anyone that wants the homebuying process to be easier and less stressful! We met Jon at an open house after seeing his sign. We knew our price range and that we wanted to live in Wailuku close to family. As 1st time buyers he walked us through every part of the process. His demeanor was excellent, we never felt pressured, and he was a fountain of knowledge. He responded quickly to our texts, emails, and calls and wrote up competitive offers. We put in 2 offers during our search and lost the first to an all-cash buyer, and the second offer was accepted! He and his colleague Daniel walked us through the whole buying process and answered all our questions. He also connected us with great, reputable services (e.g., loan officers, inspectors, etc.) to work with. We were able to find our dream home in Maui because of Dreams2Reality! Highly recommend!
