I highly recommend Jon for your Maui real estate needs. My wife and I first contacted Jon in 2017, expressing an interest to move to Maui one day. That day is now, as we just closed escrow on our dream house in June, 2022. What that means is that Jon demonstrated a lot of patience, in addition to his professionalism, knowledge, "can do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help his clients get to the finish line. Near the finish line we were experiencing difficulties securing a loan that would work for us, and at one point Jon suggested that if the terms would make our living situation uncomfortable we might consider backing out of the deal. Thank God we secured a great loan and didn't have to back out, but that exchange with Jon earned my trust as well. Jon will be my one and only Maui realtor for as many times as I have a need for one.
